3. Custom Designs

  • When you send an image or design to be printed on a product, you confirm that you have the legal right to use this content (it does not infringe another party's intellectual property rights)
  • All custom designs are subject to review by our team before printing, and we reserve the right to refuse to print any inappropriate or unlawful content
  • We are not responsible for any dispute related to intellectual property rights of content submitted by the customer

4. Automated Assistant (Chatbot)

Your initial inquiries may be answered by an AI-powered automated assistant. If the assistant is unable to answer, or if you wish to speak with a human representative, your request will be forwarded to one of our customer service representatives.
