The company's headquarters is in Egypt, but we ship internally and internationally to most countries in the world
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be contacted via email confirming the shipping details.
Also via SMS with your tracking number and courier customer service phone number
Orders are processed during business days (Saturday to Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00pm).Please allow 4-5 business days for processing. Since deliveries are not made on Fridays or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.
Any orders placed on Thursday or Friday day will not ship until the following Saturday.

Our order fulfillment center aims to deliver all orders within specified delivery times.
Unfortunately however, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may very occasionally be subject to delays.
Possible issues regarding shipping may include:
-The product you ordered is out of stock;
-The delivery address is in a country or area that we do not currently deliver to.

Regarding international shipping, shipping is based on the weight of the order.
